Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days when in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@twentytwodesigns.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
