1. Follow the steps for removing the Spreader here.
2. Remove the cable guides.
3. Push the cable forward through the head on both sides.
4. Use a large screwdriver to tap the orange anchor forward out of the head.
5. Pull the anchor out of the head, then you can remove the cable.
6. To reinstall the new cable, reverse the steps above, then once the spreader is reinstalled, pull back hard on it to set the cable fully into the head.
