Where are you from, when did you begin skiing and telemarking, where do you ski most now?
South Lake Tahoe, age 10 (20 years ago), Sierra at Tahoe.
What do you love about telemarking?
The thing that I love most about telemark skiing is that there is no "right way" to do it. There are endless possibilities to what is achievable on freeheel gear. From the freestyle aspect, the turn, and the long lasting culture behind our sport, there are endless ways to go about it.
What do you like about our bindings?
I love the fact that 22 Designs are made by tele skiers, here in the United States, and that this company finds value in a strong athlete program.
What do you like to do for fun when you’re not skiing?
I build sustainable multi-use trail systems in the Lake Tahoe Basin, mineral prospecting, wake surfing, cliff jumping, backpacking, mushroom hunting, hang with my family, play Xbox, and watch a ton of soccer.
