Axl Beta TestWondering what to do with your beta Axls? Maybe you didn't get the email... Hello Faithful Beta Testers! The snow has been flying here in Driggs, and people have been psyched for winter. As you recall, we sent you some beta test Axl bindings early this year, and you probably sent us a questionnaire. Now comes our turn to fulfill our half of the deal: getting you an updated version of the bindings. We have made changes to most of the parts of the Axl, although it's the same basic binding. We were able to address some of the icing issues some of you had, and the switch functions more smoothly now. We also lightened it a bit, added some spring length, and strengthened the Slic pins. Here's the deal: send us your entire bindings, minus the heel tube and tail throw (see photos). Just unscrew the adjuster coils out of the heel tubes. Unmount the binding and heel plate. Send the binding and heel plates (but not the tube and throw) to us at the address below. Make sure it's got your name on there, and write a note if you have a new address. Send to: TwentyTwo Designs Then we'll send you a new binding, minus the heel tube and throw, and recycle your old binding. We'll have your bindings out to you sometime in November. Thanks, SEND:
