"The most enjoyable NTN skiing experience." - Backcountry Magazine,
awarding the Outlaw the 2015 Editor's Choice.

Size Large out of stock.

Introducing the OUTLAW, an NTN binding built the 22 Designs way - sweet flex, copious spring travel, rugged steel construction, blazing up and downhill performance.  Plus step-in for a quick get away. An underfoot spring steel plate allows a lively flex without sacrificing lateral rigidity.  A single long spring provides smooth travel, and an easy preload adjustment makes it easy to find the sweet spot.

Built in the USA with stainless steel, machined aluminum, and premium plastics, the Outlaw is built to last, and the 6 hole mounting pattern will keep it solid on your ski.

Borrowing proven touring technology from the Axl, the Outlaw delivers true free-pivot performance. With a true step-in and pole activated release, the Outlaw is always ready to run. The Outlaw can release laterally, although it's not guaranteed.  The Outlaw is not a DIN-certified releasable binding.  Ski at your own risk.

Brakes sold separately- see Features for link.

Finally had the chance to use my new Outlaws this past week. Control? Yes! Step in (easily)? Yes! Make me smile? Emphatically! So looking forward to this ski season.

I've never bonded with NTN. I've tried it multiple times on the Rotafella, but it just seemed to ski wrong, so I stuck with my Axls and trusty Bombshells. Yesterday at SIA Demo Day, I decided to try NTN again and ski it as long as I could. Took a few runs on Rottafella bindings, felt better by third run, but still didn't have the feel I liked. then I got on a pair of Outlaws, and it was like coming home. It's a binding that skis the way tele should, and now I am finally ready to switch to NTN. Thanks 22!!

The New Tele Norm!
I rode these last night for the first time. 4-8" of slightly heavy New England "pow". Step in was super easy. Disengagement was as well. Edge control and uphill ski stability are really improved with these over my old Hammerheads (which were also still going strong after 10+ years.) Really happy that I finally made the plunge to NTN. I haven't toured with them yet but I'm looking forward to skinning with zero resistance to heel lift.
